What is Flashbots?

The contract owner uses Flashbots (a frontrunning protection) to make the sale go live (this usually happens on ~90% of the most hyped drops). https://docs.flashbots.net/flashbots-protect/overview

FAST MODE ✅ Flashbots: mode works and gets you included one block earlier than HYBRID. ❌ No Flashbots: mode will fail.

HYBRID MODE ✅ Flashbots: mode works but it's slower than . ✅ No Flashbots: mode will work as usual.

FLIP MODE ❌ Flashbots: mode will have the same result as. ✅ No Flashbots: mode works and tries to get you inside the same block of the contract owner using the same gas price. If this doesn't happen, it speeds up your transaction.

SEND MODE

✅ Timestamp and very low supply drops. It won't do any simulation and send the task straight.

FLIP MODE GAS SETTINGS You must use a Custom Gas value and chose between 2 options: • 0 -> The task will fails if Flip doesn't hit • Gas value > 0 -> If Flip doesn't hit, the task will switch into a Hybrid similar one with the Gas Price equal to the value you input.

Flip mode now requires a Blocknative API Key.

➡️ 4 Scenarios

SCENARIO 1: Contract goes live with a timestamp. ✅ Run the suggested mode based of what we write in the drop channel.

SCENARIO 2: Contract goes live with a flip transaction. ✅ Run your tasks with a mix of modes (eg. 2 HYBRID, 2 FAST, 1 FLIP). ✅ is the safest mode. ❌ Do not run all the tasks with the same mode (usually fast) because if the mint goes live without Flashbots, all your tasks will fail and so on.

SCENARIO 3: Supply is low ✅ Prioritize running and mode because might send too late. ✅ You can run mode as well, set 0 as Gas Price in order not to have the txn sped up.

SCENARIO 4: Supply is very low and drop timestamp

Run as it's the fastest and most suitable mode for such drops.
